Shatta isn't the only known personality in Ghana to be tooling around in stolen luxury vehicles. Many of Ghana's corrupt business people, sakawa gangsters, entertainers and others are equally involved in the purchase of these vehicles. And these buyers have full knowledge that these vehicles were stolen abroad and shipped to Ghana.
