It's pure laziness. However, help her to overcome this. Wake up 3x a night for to go the bathroom. Eventually she will stop wetting the bed. It will take time but don't give up. Continue waking her up.

You will be surprised that just telling her, you accept and love her the way she is, can stop this situation. Furthermore, she should not drink liquids before bedtime.
Your support and acceptance will help her heal. She must also open up and tell you her childhood struggles.

That is my experience. My elder daughter too but by God's grace she is fine now. Get closer to God to work on you completely my sister. Dear Husband, you just don't know what she is going through. Checkup from specialist for women which might solve the unfortunate sickness and don't allow yourself to be deceived by the so call Ghanaian pastors or our local bore headed native doctors. They are greedy as the grave and are never satisfied. All what matters to them is your money and at the end of the day, you come out poor with the problem still unsolved. Otherwise you look for a Re habitation Center for a mental training since it can also be a psychological problem. You have my sympathy. Be strong and add some prayers both of you if you believe in JESUS CHRIST.
