    Very silly judgement by the judge. Yes appeal. My problem is always on people who attend spiritual guys to seek money etc at this modern world. The judge didn't think twice on this sentence.

    The 15 years is justifiable. It’s not a question about ghs540. It’s about the impunity with which she openly advertised her intention to commit the crime, lured her victims and brazenly proceeded to do so.

    Mr lawyer, how much did you charge Agraada for your services as her defense counsel? Hope you charged her beyond Ghc500 since according to your plea the amount involved in her criminal activities was only Ghc540.

    The lawyers is untruthful which is just a character trait of lawyers.. Agradaa's sentence will run concurrently. This means she's jailed for only 5 years in total

    This judgements been first of it kind is for the purpose of deterrent of which the lawyer knows of it.
    He is aware of aning, he is equally aware that the criminal code is bound only on the act and not only any other law.
