  The government doesn't go raiding a person's house and seizing computers just because it claims the suspect is engaged in human trafficking. The USA authorities was being fed false information by convict Suge Knight with false claims that Diddy is the mastermind behind Tupac's murder. Suge Knight was hoping that if the government stumbled on evidence in Diddy's computers regarding the murder, Suge Knight will end up getting a free ticket out of prison. After going through Diddy's computers and not finding any evidence of Diddy's complicity in Tupac's murder, the government had to save face and file multiple charges against Diddy. One has to ask, "Why the did the government move to dismiss some of the charges against Diddy at the end of trial if it wasn't on a witch hunt?".
