  Whiles on may tell a 18 years old person that penis and virgina are used for sex, apart for urinating.
  You can tell a person who is not an adult that penis and virgina are used for urinating and nothing else.
  It is therefore not proper to tell a child that penis and virgina are for any other activity apart from urinating.
  So let us still call them kokoi or koko.
