Lilwin lacks security awareness and maturity.
He was already warned against producing that film and also claimed he was bribed with thousands of dollars to abandon the acting the movie which he refused . That is enough to warn Lilwin that there are people out there to sabotage him and will do everything to stop him . He should have had his security patrol the premises of the movie to thwart those with malicious intentions. However Lilwin should at least seek permission from Captain Traore before the movie .

These people "are slaves in their minds and can only serve the "master." and they use manipulation, and devise conflicts as instructed by their "master," to destabilize anything that brings light to us and impact our progress. They "believe in African existence through the lens of a western framework." They have made a "life choice to be deliberately stupid" to their benefit only, and which unfortunately, harm a whole continent including Ghana. Thank you for drawing back home a spark of the light which has so long been dimmed by these unscrupulous people with hidden agendas to support their masters' plans.
