I'm not going to comment on the specifics of this issue but I have an observation:
Is it really so that in Ghana, your being awarded a contract for work is not based on your competency to execute the job but how much work you put in to elect the sitting government?
Maybe this might be one area to investigate when asking why nothing is competently handled... Just a thought.
