Well spoken madam Gomashie..this has been the secrete to the downfall of most Africans especially Ghanaians but a lot of people don’t know..the average Ghanaian always thinks everything is about money and greed..u are sent on govt sponsored program, the best thing to Dow is to come back with your integrity..if later u want to migrate, because of your integrity it will be easy and faster for u..but the average Ghanaian is never trained with integrity..they will rather run away when they are in Europe, Canada or USA making it difficult for future generations to come..Our society needs to teach our young kids and students the importance of integrity..God bless our homeland Ghana and help us with integrity..listen to what the woman is saying..

I have workers and that’s what I always tell them..I can forgive u of everything but the only thing I cannot forgive is someone who has no shame and and he/ she is also greedy..someone who lacks integrity is more dangerous ...

I have workers and that’s what I always tell them..I can forgive u of everything but the only thing I cannot forgive is someone who has no shame and and he/ she is also greedy..someone who lacks integrity is more dangerous than Satan..every successful person has one thing in common integrity..without integrity u can never be successful..come home with your integrity so future Ghanaians can also get same opportunities..the problem with our society is because of individualism..when someone is doing something, he don’t even care about the future..it’s always about themselves..these values of selflessness needs to be taught in our schools..integrity is more important and that’s what will make u successful.,I always tell my younger brothers, to be successful is not by magic, it’s integrity that makes one successful..it’s the secrete to success

A very good point but do you really think the average Ghanaian cares?

A multinational company that I know sends Ghanaians on mission for periods of 6 to 12 months abroad. Whilst their counterparts in West Africa normally returns to base after completion of their programmes, the Ghanaians normally scheme and try everything under the sun to remain, especially if it is in Europe. The bad practice is really leading to a downsize of such missions

The greed amd lack of integrity is really in pur bone marrow as a people!
