  Try intermittent fasting, it helps a lot, stay away from sugar and carbs, avoid fruits that are high in sugars. stay away from oily foods etc.

  Get some more moringa leaves boil and drink, some dandelion is also good, you can chew it raw

  It's hard to hear stories like this.. I deal with a lots of cancer patients myself. It's not a pleasant conversation. Please tell your wife immediately. You would make it harder for her if she later finds out the cause of your death. Assuming you got diease such as AIDS, from another woman, then' i would understand why it's hard to break the sad story to her. Fellow readers let this story be an advise to all of us. Lets always seek professional help and stop these traditional remedies. I had to send money to a friend to see a specialist to figure out why his urine is foamy. Lab result came out that he had too much protein in his system. Now if i did not step in, like he was going to get some herbs from one of the herbalist in the village. Also, if you you are a man ages 45yrs and older, try to get prostate test yearly as part of your annual physicals. Women could get mammogram yealy to check for breast tissues that causes the breat cancer. In short yearly physicals can help safe your life. To be continue later.

Since you said she is young if she decides to remary and makes a mistake and marry the wrong person the children are likely to suffer.
