Go read the Frank Lampard (former Chelsea footballer) case for some enlightenment. His former WIFE had use of his residence where the former wives mother lived. After the divorce the court ordered the woman to vacate the premises and hand over the key to Frank.
The courts are of the view that these wealthy men are not required to take care of you forever, after all this is what women fought for. That they can be independent.
The man gave her a car which was titled to him as the legal owner. He is not in a relationship with you anymore and requires the car back. Hand it over. He is not required to house her as she wants.

Or, that RIGHT is subjected to a Judge's interpretation. In a REAL democratic country this lady could only be charged with contempt if there was an explicit gag order or she made that statement within the confines of a courtroom before a judge..
