The disabled person when he or she can impregnate a woman or get impregnated may be over, he or she becomes old and there is no person to take care of him or her.
It looks like some of such abuses are in the interest of the disabled person and society as well.
So, I am of the view that we should not stick strictly to the human rules that are at the same time inhuman.
The brother of the disabled man must just be human to accept the child of his disabled brother and take care of him for future sake.
