Just take it to court and let them settle it over there. If she doesn’t kill the child one day he or she will come back because the same mother will tell the truth or someone in the family will tell it

Quickly report the issue to the police so that they involve in and give the pregnant lady necessary support upto delivery and look after the child and the mom. If son and the lady agree to marry is up to them. But never hate pregnant mom but that mom in law is not correct. If you allow her to take care of the pregnancy all money you send will be channel to different things to the detriment of the unborn child and mom. Be wise and don't be threatened by her actions. Inform the lady family or the father quickly.

Her course can be differed after childbirth until she is strong to go back to school. For financial support and marriage, I believe you can sit down as families and agree on what is best for the kids. You all have to know that these kids love themselves.

If she'll take her daughter away, let her do that. I doubt that even if this went to court, the court wouldn't even say the guy should pay that ridiculous amount.
