This is obviously sexually harassment. A harasser who is in a position of power can leverage their standing against lower-level employees. Often, they use their position in hopes that you will not report them – this is one reason why this type of harassment is rarely reported.
I'll advise you to resign immediately & quit your job. She's created a hostile working environment for you. Regarding the submission agreement she made you sign, you can argue that she made you sign under duresss & had little or no choice in the matter.
I'll also advise you to get a lawyer & prepare yourself. Women are generally vengeful & petty especially when they feel that you've rejected them & they no longer have control over you. She'll make your life a living hell.
I think you have to expose your boss so that people will be aware that female bosses are just as bad & even worse than male bosses when it comes to issues of sexual harassment. Women are more abusive of power than men. Moreover your boss is the jealous & possessive type which makes her more dangerous, creepy & a lunatic.
Most people will make fun of you because you're a man. Don't let that deter you. Remember, get a lawyer & tell him or her everything that has transpired so that they can help you in the best way possible. Good luck.
