The individuals are naturally born with the "talents" from the almighty God and not the church itself. Many churches around, try to "exploit" these creatives to their benefit. Consider how many instrumentalists in some church ...

The individuals are naturally born with the "talents" from the almighty God and not the church itself. Many churches around, try to "exploit" these creatives to their benefit. Consider how many instrumentalists in some churches are not really paid but are on some occassions given "tokens", in appreciation for their service and just that.
