He should take time and study the trend of Multinationals management and how they change over time during every milestone and learn change management then he will realise it is wise to useyour position to build relationships among your team IF you want to succeed and build solid brand. He is CEO because of the team so if you undermine and disrespect them because of your Financial gains sooner than later your " empire" will crumble. He is in the news again for multreating Ohemaa Woyeje . These two guys are huge brands so he should be careful. Finally the owner of the business should be weary of a CEO who is not emotionally intelligent. That is a disaster in the waiting for his business!! He who the cap fits let him/her wear.
