I guess that creature, David Osei, wasn't in Ghana when Ken Ofori went to parliament and told them that because of the IMF program, they had put a freeze on recruitment for govt jobs. All of a sudden, the freeze was lifted because they were leaving office. Did they forget that we are still under the IMF program they put us? Or the 'sika a yeti so' has resurfaced because the NP-PIGS have been kicked out? Yeti sika so, but the NP-PIGS couldn't pay the IPPs or our other debtors. Yeti sika so but the NP-PIGS had to take us to DEBT RESTRUCTURING. Creatures like this David Osei should not reproduce!
