It's unfortunate you guys including Kwaku Manu doesn't have business minded in this country Ghana. Instead for you to build cinema halls by yourself, you're rather building domestic house with the little resources you have. Why don't enter into that venture instead of domestic houses? Why do you want the government to rather do this for you where the government have so many other important social amenities to fulfil? Which government will do this or go by your request?
It's a shame, Kwaku! Better sharpen your mind sometimes to create business in Ghana than just opening your mouth to request or talk about some of these things.

Give them at least one or more years of tax exemption (just like they do for foreigners). It should be totally private with NO BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION as impediment in the way of the investors.
