The natural resources you're talking about have been with us even before independence and all governments have disappointed Ghanaians. When population was hovering around 10, 15, 20 millions, our leaders disappointed us and now that population is over 30 million and keep rising year in year out and funds have become scarce, you think JDM won't disappoint ? I'm not sounding as a prophet of doom but the signs are clear on the wall. He promised scrapping some taxes and if scrapped, can he introduce new ones ? If some taxes are making living conditions difficult and they are removed, how can you convince Ghanaians to embrace new taxes? Kwaku Manu prepare for disappointment because the cedi will depreciate, fuel prices will go up therefore prices of goods and services will definitely go up and you think Ghanaians will be lenient to JDM ? It's our or my wish that he succeeds but the disappointment far out weigh success.

There will be so much work we have to employ workers from the neighboring countries. The dollar will be 1 Dollar to 1 Cedi. Nobody will travel again to Europe or America to seek greener pastures. Electricity will be free. No more water bills. And Almighty Education from Primary to University level...all will be free.
