Vulcanizers, mechanics seamatress, dress makers, plumbers, glazers etc who trained as apprentices are working also in thier offices. Apprentices learning a trade to sit outside the office what certificate do they need. 24 hr economy which specific sectors of the economy is targetted. In which year is this taking off and which sectors and specific details.
