Because of lawlessness people insult with impunity. Too much indiscipline in the system.
It's a disgrace to arrest a person based on a complaint of a quack prophet that he has been defamed. Such matters belong in a civil court. Quack prophets and galamsey operators have managed to taken Ghana hostage.
