Sex is healthy, and the longer, the better. Men shouldn't be like cocks in a hurry to have it done quickly and over. That's selfish. You must always consider your lady too who's a partner in the game, and sometimes it takes a long time for her to get into it.

What kills some men during sex is fragile health, especially heart disease, and also the urge to take pills to impress and rushing for it. Be a gentleman, go at it gently, take your time to get warm.

As a man, you must always exercise and be in a good form; ejaculation after a long bout means exhaustion, and bears directly on the heart. Otherwise, anyone telling you sex length and styles kills is an idiot.

To function better, exercise regularly, drink a lot of water, eat more onions, garlic, ginger and pepper (cooked or not), but completely STOP eating sugar.
