You are a danger to yourself and to others, and you should not be walking or driving, let alone leading!!!

This is why prolonged night shifts is unhealthy. Human beings are not designed to be awake at night (We are diurnal creatures).
Other serious illnesses linked to prolonged lack of sleep include an increased risk of various cancers (probably in turn related to the increased risk of vitamin D deficiency for night workers particularly particularly in people of color living in TEMPERATE CLIMATES WITH LESS SUNLIGHT DURING THE WINTER MONTHS), infertility etc.
Your hormone levels and cycles are disrupted when you subject (abuse ) your body to reduced sleep for long periods of time. One such important hormone affected is CORTISOL.

Secondly taking too many cups or glasses of caffeinated drinks (coffee ,Tea,Cocoa,Coke etc) can seriously impair your sleep.Advisable not to have anymore caffeinated drinks 4-6 hours before bedtime.
A constantly overactive mind can very occasionally be a sign of mental illness and people who fall in this minority catergory are sometimes BIPOLAR
