Quite right. The lady did it for money and fame. He on the other hand saw her as a trophy wife. In the final analysis it comes down to ur choices which are determined by our values and bliefs. Wise men and women will not marry someone mainly y on the basis of their wealth, fame, the social connections they have or because they have a foreign passport or residency. There are many many men and women who have paid the high price of marrying for the wrong reasons. Far more important is the person's character, whether or not they see marriage as a lifelong commitment during which they must remain faithful to their spouse, whether or not they are considerate ,unselfish, gentle, disciplined, not a habitual liar, not lazy but are rather hardworking and have a healthy ambition. Do you feel respected when they are with you? All of this assumes that we ourselves have acquired a similar character. Note that all these traits come under the description of a what a Godly person is (i.e. a person who fears and reverences God).

How funny .Hundreds of thousands of Polish and Estonian folk have left their countries to look for work elsewhere. Correction: a couple of million Polish folk have emigrated abroad to look for work over the past 20 years although the trend now seems to be reversing because as one of them admitted to me earlier this year "Things have become very difficult for us in [many Western countries]". Countries such as the UK ,Germany ,Netherlands and Belgium that had a large influx of Poles (people from Poland) are now seeing a reversals as Poles head back home. Many Estonians have emigrated to Russia where some of them have ethnic roots.

Some enters marriage due to money, children, bills, beauty, etc. only few sees marriage as a bond till death do us depart and thus develope necessary adjustment to ensure its durability.
