So the moment they start getting it, they forget their lives have expiring date and you need someone by your side when your strength begins to fail you not money alone. Don't let the fact that all your friends are getting married be the main driving force making you want to marry. Many of those friends of yours who rushed to get married now realize that they made terrible choices and should have paid close attention to the character of their spouses before marrying them. True there is no Mr Perfect and there is no Mrs Perfect in this world but we can reduce the risk of a miserable marriage by taking our time and choosing well. Some of us need to learn how to choose well.
Far more important is the character of the person you think you want to marry. It is all about CHARACTER. And character is massively influenced by a person's beliefs and values. And by the way what are our own STRONGLY HELD values and beliefs? Because our values and beliefs play a very important role in influencing how we make life's most important choices ,including the choice of a marriage partner. If we have no meaningful values then that will badly affect our ability to make the right decisions.

What we strongly believe in and cherish is what will greatly influence the most important choices we make in life.
If we really value faithfulness in marriage, respect for the other person, gentleness, kindness, generosity, patience ,discipline (self control) being hard working, having integrity (being honest), being able to overlook the faults of others (forgiving others) then we will strive to have these traits ourselves and look for them in a future husband or wife. In the Bible these traits are called "Fruits of the Spirit" and in a person are one sign that a COMIITED CHILD OF GOD IS GROWING IN THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR HEAVENLY FATHER AND STRIVING TO BE CHRIST-LIKE DAY BY DAY.
[Galatians Chapter 5 verse 22-24 CEB ] 22 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against things like this. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the self with its passions and its desires".
IN FACT THE WHOLE OF GALATIANS CHAPTER 5 IN THE BIBLE IS A GREAT READ FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THOSE VALUES THAT MATTER MOST IN LIFE.
