Good question. He should rather be appealing to producers in the entertainment sector to look into making a movie about Nelson. Any producer who decides to do so can then try to obtain funding from private entities willing to invest money for a return on their investment. The movie industry in Ghana can't expect to grow if the emphasis is always on appealing to the government for funding to make movies.

This is after you have fully paid for the land. Now roofing fee. If you don't have the money to put the sheets on the wood any day you get money to put the sheets on the wood you would be made to pay another roofing fee. Any day you go there to use even two bags of cement to work on your building they will appear to collect money. ABA. IS THAT WHAT THE MAJORITY OF GAS ARE GOOD FOR. PEOPLE HAVE COME FROM THEIR REGIONS AND ARE MAKING MONEY HERE. NO WONDER OTHER ETHNIC GROUPS ARE ADVISED NOT TO MARRY GAS. THEIR MEN DON'T EVEN WANT TO MARRY THEIR WOMEN AND SAME WITH THE WOMEN.
