Okay before you indulge, what have you fixed for breakfast> The buck they say must stop at desk of the Presidency and the fact that He/She is finding it difficult to stop the pollution of our water ways. Mama Buari has tackled the social front of the problem and that seems to be only viable path to solving the problem of the pollution of the rivers in the country. For Gh. to appreciate the full magnitude of the problem all the arms of Governments, a whole two they thumbed for have judged this is the way to go( The Executive and Legislature)
On the technical front, i.e after you've sorted out the social issue of upward mobility mechanism, Uncle is worth listening to it is alluvial mining(sometimes the riverbeds hold gold deposit) and it's mining is what is polluting the rivers and not small scale mining that is not associated with any water ways
