  Says who? Betting is a form of gambling, and gambling isn't a sin, unless your mind has been hijacked by quack pastors with their religious lies. Instead of making useless noise about sin, you rather should be encouraging those engage in gambling to do so with moderation. You should also be asking the Ghana government to tax all forms of betting.
