  May I enquire Massa what your long-term aspirations are? Obviously getting caught up in the SRC , adrenaline charged race is extremely exciting but as the say "this also shall pass" and then what?
  Several years ago I met a chap in the North of England who had been a very prominent student leader in 1980s in one of our main Universities.
  We reminisced about his time during those turbulent times and he clearly regarded those heady days as a high point in his life. I enquired how things had been with him since then. I got the feeling that he had not been able to go past that season of his life and move on to bigger and better things in the real world.
  In the final analysis LONG-TERM GOALS MATTER THE MOST. Short term goals must always be harnessed to enhance long-term goals. Short term goals, no matter how intoxicating they feel must never ever be allowed to loom so large in our face that they obscure the far more important things in life or obstruct our long-term vision. In the case of the aforementioned gentleman, his popularity, performance did not count or contribute in any significant way to his future vocation or career. I saw a man who had wasted opportunities running after fame ,notoriety and popularity and sadly neglected important life steps that would have enhanced his experience as a human being.
  However we wish you well Mr Guru but just remember to keep everything in the right perspective sir.
