Well, anyone must have experience before you get the job but I know a very experienced doctor who was not given a job for 3 years after return from the UK. Some people think this doctor was looking after animals in the UK so can't look after humans in Ghana. There is a strong element of jealousy. Who do you think you are. Do you think you can just come and do a big job? Well, if you have been doing a big job in the UK, WHY NOT. See Asamoah B. Was he not just a taxi driver before he was made a minister. People from the UK do not look down on anybody. Well, some low life might but in the UK too if you get pestered by certain people for money all the time you get irritated. We actually see some class mates doing big jobs and living in posh areas so we respect those who respect themselves. Those who are happy to see you after 5 years not those who think you just collected your money from some tree in the UK so give it to them and collect more money from the money tree in the UK.
