  I can an encounter with this dude in 2015 at Cape Coast some friends. This guy was bragging of having access to auction vehicles in the regime. Most of these guys are waiting for V8 vehicles.

  We just have to limit voting to brainy people and invlove NDC and its supporters/members to political discourse when they have been impacted fullly with the requisite knowledge and understanding of policies (accessing FSHS and learned/educated)
