  Massa, dry spells are experienced from time to time by most creative artists , including music composers,artists, actors or authors. It does not necessarily mean that some jealous folk are "spiritually" after you. Sometimes it is simply a case of mental exhaustion often caused by overwork, not eating a healthy balanced diet, not exercising enough or not sleeping enough. Sometimes these dry spells can be caused by some creative artists using illicit drugs to help relieve stress. The likes of cannabis, cocaine and other drugs can be mind-altering. The commonest drug adversely affecting people is the regular and heavy use of alcohol ( booze).
  Occasionally the reason for underperformance can be due to the onset of diseases such as hypothyroidism, autoimmune diseases, infections of all sorts, vitamin and mineral deficiencies of all sorts. A good starting point is to go and see a Physician specialist who will exam you and do a variety of blood tests. That is the sensible approach to things.
