  Our problem is that we are too wise to commit to work to build a company ownmned by another. That is Ghana.
  When I wanted to build a house in Ghana in 1990's, it cost me tree times the amount because the person in charge of the project was funneling the money to build his own house. So he built a house for himself, one for his wife before abandoning my house. I had to hire somebody to complete my house.
  That person was my own brother. I found out what happened. I forgave him but he never can ask me for anything. Now I know he is borke but he cannot ask me for help.
  That is who we are in Ghana. Without trust the coutry Ghana will never move forward.
  Look here my wife is from Uganda, we wanted a coffee farm with some money we got 150 acres of the farm. People work on the farm. The coffeee is sold in the US and the workers get bonuses. They are doing just fine.
  We started a transportation business with two buses now we have 25 buses operating and the business is growing. Our manager was telling us that he intends to grow it to 200 buses in the next 5 years. So I visit Uganda every year. I have not been to Ghana in years. because I am so frustrated with your corrupt system. Everybody is duping another person so there is no progress.
  It is not how long you sleep but how well you sleep and how you manage and grow your business if people are willing to work with you.
  Let me tell you in Uganda, the government does not tolerate duping. You duoe somebody you will go to prison.

  We're underdeveloped because our thieving leaders spend the bulk of their time looting and mismanaging. Thieving leaders with only a vision for looting and wrecking can't develop a nation.

  I don’t think we’re sleeping more; just look at the industrial areas and construction sites where young men are working hard. The compensation for these jobs often doesn’t reflect the effort and risks involved.

  Many young people are at home because there are simply no jobs available. Additionally, the environment for starting a business is not supportive. Even for those interested in buying and selling, securing the capital to get started is a major hurdle
