Afia, you are right, Ghanaian voters are not critical thinkers especially Ashanti and the Volta Region, they only vote because of party colors that is the reason why politicians throw anything into the system when campaigning
With 27 years of J J Rawlings and Mahama, the Volta region should have been far ahead in infrastructural development.
