  Heck no. The guy isn't even worth $50Million, yet he wants to build a $6Billion city. The government Senegal asked to see the names of Akon's investors, but his response was that the investors do not wish to be identified. The Senegal government should have smelled a rat at that point, but the government went ahead and gave Akon all the land he asked for to build his City in the Sky. This project will go nowhere, and Akon will blame it all on the pandemic. Akon clearly must have succeeded in getting his way by wining and dining Senegal government officials, for how else could he have gotten the government to buy into his big deception. A con game has just been played on the Senegal government.
