Do this because first of all it is for your own sake. It will prevent you ending up with terrible diseases like type 2 diabetes, hypertension ,heart disease ,infertility and an increased risk of cancer and other horrible illnesses.
First educate yourself about the medical risks of OBESITY - that is where you should start .
Then educate yourself about how different classes of foods affect your weight.
