In 2016, $1 was Ghc3.90 and now Ghc16 and still counting. I used Ghc45 in 2016 to fill my 14.5kg cylinder and now I use Ghc350 to fill the same cylinder. You must be a criminal to support Akuffo Addo/ Bawuliar's government. I am not an NDC member or sympather but I objective and wise enough.
