Give the man a break OK. At least he has admitted his wrongdoing which is always the first step to full recovery. Most of our public figures and not so public figures who are caught doing wrong never admit their guilt and often make a thousand excuse or blame others for their own sins. Chef Smith will recover fully if he avoids any future acts of dishonesty. Out of the ashes he will eventually build a far better future. In the meantime he has to walk through the valley of tears to get to the next mountain of goodness and God's favor. This is true for anybody who commits their way to the Lord. God is merciful to those who are broken hearted and of a contrite spirit.
