Get some other family members involved and report this matter to the police ASAP. Also, keep the contraceptive package, and all other evidence that you have. In Ghana, people love to protect criminals, instead of seeking justice for abused victims. This nonsense must stop! The girl is only 15 years old. She has been robbed of her innocence. Also, try and get her through some counselling. This is a very traumatic experience.

The bottom line is the girl is under 16 years and is statutory rape. You do that and go and stand in the dock and tell the judge oh madam judge though she is under 16 year but when i was fucking her i realised she was not virgin and you would see your smoothness level. They just need evidence and the guy is toast.
