This is another reason why not everybody should crave for high positions, senior positions, riches or popularity until they have been seasoned and tested by time and experience.
In other words don't be in a hurry to rush to the top.Take your time ,work on your progress patiently step by step and by the time you get to "the top of your game" you would have developed the mental fortitude, emotional strength and spiritual muscle not only to withstand the huge pressures that come with a higher position but to be able to perform well while at that perch.
