  There is nothing better than the contentment and peace that comes when two struggling people ,a husband and wife start their life with very little yet join forces to build a life together. A COUPLE LIKE THAT WILL ENJOY MANY FRUITS OF THEIR LABOUR ,INCLUDING A STEADY GROWTH IN THEIR NETWORTH AND OFTEN AN IMPROVEMENT IN THEIR SOCIAL STANDING AND SENSE OF WELLBEING.
  As for "TROPHY WIVES" OR FOR THAT MATTER "TROPHY HUSBANDS", THEY ARE JUST THAT.THEY ARE TROPHYS WHOSE ONLY USE IS TO BE PLACED IN A GLASS CABINET WHERE THEY MAY RUST, BECOME TARNISHED OR EVEN BE EATEN BY WOODWORMS AND TERMITES OR SIMPLY BECOME OUT OF DATE AND BECOME AN EMBARRASSMENT.
  A STATUESQUE LOOKING "TROPHY" WIFE WILL NOT ALWAYS REMAIN PRETTY.Pity the man who has a beautiful wife who has a brain like an empty beer barrel.

  Yeah, yeah but the fact remains; the content here is very true. Never thought about it this way until now. There are many marriages like this; actually in the west, America especially we have successful black men, athletes etc leaving their partners they started off with for new ones preferably white women when life becomes good. This is seen as a status symbol and opens doors in society. Several examples abound.
