  The only way I know and can recommend is to seek the Lord Jesus Christ. He died to shed His blood to wash away all, I mean all, our sins.
  One of the transgressions He hates most is sexual immorality. Anyone involved compromises their soul and choose moral perversion.
  The solution is to fast and pray to Him. He is always ready to forgive our sins. He will also justify you, and reconcile you to Himself.
  You will start life again with a new mindset focused on good life of both spiritual and physical freedom, health and wealth. Believe you me.

  I don't know who you are talking to, but I'd strongly support those who say you should talk to a clinical psychologist/psychiatrist or a gynecologist?
  To be sincere to you, it could also stem from hormonal disbalance, which can easily be taken care of by specialists.
  
  My laymen advise before you start wasting any funds on seeing religious or spiritual practitioners who might also take advantage of your situation is to, please talk to a clinical psychologist/psychiatrist or a gynecologist.
