We may all belong to a certain party but when issues like this pop up kindly speak to someone who knows much about these arrangements before we go about sending msgs on worldwide platforms which carries a lot of weight and spread quickly

1. The Tema port you see is in two phases, the main Tema port we all know and visited as school kids still remains under Ghana Government and operated by GPHA and all revenue collected and generated still reports to the Gh government. the port consist of about 15 docking berth which accommodates container/roro/bulk/tankers/clinker etc including the main fishing habour, drydock, Valco and the oil jetty. this represents the largest landmark of the port community still remains under the government of GH. Therefore it is not true that the TEMA PORT has been sold!!!!!!!!!

2. The Tema port additional landscape which span from the shore line of the Golden Jubilee to community three (3) was a barren land for the purposes of port expansion a land which has the previous AVE-MARIA spar and Restaurant.
the GH government during the Fm Prez Kuffuor time had the plan to expand the port under this same arrangement with the MPS/AGL/APM etc partners for 20yrs B.O.T, his party lost power hence the MAHAMA factor when NDC (2) was ushered into power. the contract was renegotiated and number of years reduce to 15yrs B.O.T Thus the new port (which is said to be sold by the MAHAMA ADMIN) was 100% funded by the MPS(30%),APM (35%) and AGL (35%) group with the Ghanaian partners offering the land only. the port named T.3 also includes rehabilitation and new construction of certain roads in TEMA as well as the Tema Motorway knowing the effect such arrangements will have on the road.
The port operate 4 deep berths which accommodates lager vessels a feat the previous main port couldn't achieve

Not to delve into other details, this is the only portion of the port that is under a private operations and doing excellently well, comparing operations at both port, the private side as can be seen is doing much better in terms of efficiency and effectiveness in it operations compare to our own. It could also be link to the Ghanaian attitude to taking care of it own.
I pray GOD gives us all the grace to see when the port will be handed over and the zeal politicians will load the place with their children and cronies just to bring it to it knees as we always do.

as i said earlier, there are other details i may be wasting time to reveal but on the face of the pink sheet.....This is what we have and the TEMA PORT IS NOT SOLD TO ANYBODY as politicians sort to do

But this NPP government is a total demonic, satanic and freemason organisation which has overt means of killing innocent individuals every political year to win power. The day in clearance for 1 year of malaria test kits, adult and pediatric free Coartem for uncomplicated malaria, and artesunate for severe infant malaria could have led to the death of some Ghanaians. This is overt human sacrifice. Yet Tracy had the temerity to come spew propaganda. Since NPP came to power, how many V8 vehicles have they not imported and cleared through the Tema harbour?

The import for Ghana alone not to talk about those for Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger who are landlocked countries cannot be processed by the old port. Terminal 3 was necessary to expand Tema port capacity to hold more imports. B.O.T is done everywhere. If Nana were intelligent, why for 7 years he has appointed a C.E.O for Keta port but cannot build even a landing pier at Keta. The C.E.O, his assistants and personal secretaries have been drawing salaries and yet no harbour drawing plans have been created. Tracy is uneducated though literate.
