  This pundit or whatever he is called is a CLOWN! Buffoon of the highest order. Her lawyers did what Lawyers do!!! Yes she was right to come clean, express remorse, express guilt, and offer to return the money for the crimes she committed but to put glorify her despite the wrongs she's done, the young ladies she's mislead and the lives she has destroyed is reckless and outright stupid! I blame the shallow TV producers who parade such people on our TV Screens.

The prosecution was asking for a 3 year sentence and her lawyer was asking for 3 months, the judge usually meets them in the middle and the fact she is paying the victims helped her cause. Killers even cry in court and receive a life sentence so her crying didn’t sway the judge

Lemme even tell you bro, she had a court appointed lawyer so she paid nothing except restitution plus because she had no criminal history here in America and reported to her probation officers weekly and on time played that role for the sentencing leniency. She will come out a felon and can't come to America for the next 10 years or open any accounts, business, work, receive or make any financial transactions in banks. She's toasted and plus Ghana government will have to charge her and seize everything she owns for the crime back home was all part of the deal but knowing our country and corruption, they will let her get away with for small change in someone's pocket. NAM 1 is typical example.. But don't forget how the Warden's and Bitches will probably rape, molest and beat her up as an African bitch trying to beat their system. Please don't endorse her thievery as smart because she never used her influence to educate the youth the right things to do. A thief is always a thief.. Period!!

  Instead of praising that scambrain con woman, you should rather be looking at other factors that could have contributed to her lenient sentence. No one knows how much information this fake Hadjia coughed up into the hands of the prosecution. Much of the information that a defendant usually gives up in return for a reduction in sentencing is never disclosed to the public. Also, we the public have no idea what cordial relationship existed between her lawyers and the prosecution, leading to favourable scores by the defense. Hadjia could not have gotten that one year sentence had she not disclosed lots of information to the prosecution that the government can later use to come after other suspects whose names have not been made public. One doesn't get a lenient sentence without giving away lots of information to the government. The prosecution may have been pretending to be asking for a harsher sentence, but that's all a game. The prosecution has to make itself look like a doing its best to protect the public, but the Judge already knows what the prosecution really wants, and it's not always what the prosecution barks out at sentencing. It's also worth noting that the reports we've been reading on her sentencing do not make any mention of the recommendation from the probation department, for the federal Judge is often guided by the recommendations of that office.
