Psalm 124:1-2 (NIV) says: "If the Lord had not been on our side— let Israel say— if the Lord had not been on our side when people attacked us." Are these words from Kwame Mickey? So assuming this song hasn't been a hit song, will Kwame Mickey claim ownership? We are our own "enemies for progression." Just that those guys can't defend themselves. "They have to understand that words, especially when they are from the scriptures, do not belong to anyone; no one owns them. The good, the bad, and the ugly can use them. By that logic, one could argue that not all musicians have the right to sing, because every lyrical word would then be owned by someone."
