  It appears to NPP fanatics that free SHS is our only problem. Government has borrowed a whooping GHs670 billion. Out of this amount, roughly GHs11 billion has been spent on free SHS. What happened to the rest of the money? They are finding it hard to explain to Ghanaians what they did with the money. All they trumpet is free SHS.

  Afia Schwar doesn't know what she is talking about the free SHS program. Free SHS is now all about protocol. Go to the Category A schools in Ghana and it's full of protocol students. Students with aggregate 30 to 35 and above
