Not dominating. In those days the recording companies did the distribution. So when for instance DECCA RECORDS released a plate or album in Ghana, by E.T. Mensah and his tempos band or Ramblers Dance Band,same will be distributed in Nigeria,and vice versa. So when you enter a Records Shop in Ghana here you can get all the Nigerian hits ,Bobby Benson ,Victor Olaiya ,Victor Uwaifo, I K Dairo etc. The distribution also covered British West Africa like Sierra Leone etc and wide. All these musicians toured each others' countries for musical concerts. Even popular Nigerian drama troupes like Ogunde was a constant visitor to Ghana,just like BOB COLE also,to Nigeria. We and the Nigerians have been brothers for ages,and the relationship was extremely cordial and healthy. Inter marriages between Ghanaians and Nigerians have been going on for more than 300 hundred years. It was the notorious Aliens compliance order by the Busia government in 1969 which distorted the peace and harmony.

It was Kutu Acheampong who removed Busia and Akufo-Addo's father in 1972. Busia and Akufo-Addo's father had the most useless Government in Ghana. The military removed them in just two years.
