The most successful persons, whether they are farmers,nurses ,teachers,engineers,,doctors, musicians, artists, religious leaders etc etc are at heart entrepreneurs.
They tend to be very hard-working ,disciplined (i.e. they don't allow anything to distract them) ,they are frugal(i.e. they economise- i.e. never waste money on foolish things or try to show off especially during the early stages when they are still trying to build up their business or vocation).They are tenacious(i.e do not easily give up and are not easily discouraged by temporary setbacks),learn from their mistakes and are open to new ideas. They do a lot of research in any area the want to focus on before they start in order to check if their plans will be successful. They generally have integrity (we are not talking here about the kind of "rich" we often see in Ghana who amass their wealth through corruption ,thievery,political connections and nepotism).
Succesful people also tend to have wives or husbands who are very supportive(which implies that they chose their spouses very wisely and carefully)
Some foolish people build their careers and businesses with the help of a very supportive spouse only to dump them later for a more glamorous and more "presentable" spouse.As I write these words I know of a good few who have discovered that they exchanged gold for clay.
You can have all the best traits that allow you to become an entrepreneur but if your spouse is not supportive, is disrespectful, does not believe in you,does not share your dreams is high maintenance or wastes money then forget ever becoming wealthy or successful.
Finally many of these most successful people I am familiar with have great integrity, are generous and have a real reverence for God.

Massa if you want to be excellent you have to start being good in everything you do - yes everything even the most ordinary thing you have to do.
As the say: "Excellent people do even small or ordinary things very well".
