Question to ask is, Did the organizers notify the University Authorities of the who the main Artiste was going to be? Was there transparency in the process? The University Authorities have a duty of care to the student population at all times when school is in session. If the organizers were not "truthful" and transparent in their application to stage the event, then "The order from above" is duly justified. It is not about Shatta Wale, or any other artiste being denied, but that due process must be followed. Thank you
