    Most of Ghanaian parents don't buckle up their children in the car. They think it is fashionable that the children are all about in the car without seat belts. The seat belts are there for a reason.

    @Joy, yes the back seat may be safer depending on the situation. If at the back seat and well buckled, it is safer than being in the front seat
