From what she is saying, she is very likely the primary cause of the accident. Shocked at some people’s comments after hearing what she said. Suggests a lot. You need to look before indicating and trying to enter a lane. She said she saw him after she had partly entered. She ought to have seen him before entering not after. Him being in the middle lane would have very likely been as a result of him trying to avoid her and subsequently cause the head-on collision with the other car. Whether he was over-speeding or not could have played a role in the outcome but the lady’s narration suggests she’s the primary cause. What is disturbing is she doesn’t seem to appreciate she did or also did something wrong.

U have ears but u can't hear. The lady said the overspeeding car was behind her. That she slowed down to turn and saw the over speeding car in the middle of the road. She froze and stopped. The lady and llilwin were in the same lane. The possible scenarios/ causes could be:
1. Llilwin was overspeeding
2. Llilwin intended to overtake her bcos she slowed down to turn
3. Liliwin didn't expect her to slow down
4. Liliwin didn't expect her to stop abruptly
5. Liliwin thought she could have turned fully before he reached her.

In all these if llilwin wasn't overspeeding the accident wouldn't have occurred.
